Spring 2025 COACHING PACKAGES
FREE Calibrate Consult (45-50 min)
*required prior to booking/purchasing.
Guaranteed weekly reoccuring 1:1 academic coaching session (60 min session)
Post session communication for parents–what did we work on? What’s upcoming next week?
Customized and individualized planning for 1:1 session to address each student’s specific goals.
Weekly virtual office hours—each school level (middle, high, college) has its own virtual Office Hours where students can drop in and ask questions regarding current/ ongoing assignments & projects, upcoming tests, clarify strategies they are practicing, etc.
Occasional email nudges from the coach throughout the week to encourage and remind student of strategies and skills.
Gradebook & school portal checks between sessions to minimize missed/ late assignments
Kick it Off! (10 week package)
Assignment review to ensure student is producing their best possible work.
Lock it in! (16 week package)
Half Semester (10 weeks) / $1,750
Kick off the semester with executive functioning tools and academic strategies to stay focused and committed to your goals!

Payment is required in full before coaching commences.
(Spring Break is not charged / included in cost of package, but sessions ARE held on Monday holidays).
Full Semester (16 weeks)/ $2,800
Establish a foundation of executive functioning skills and a variety of academic strategies applicable to ALL coursework with consistent coaching through the semester.

Spring Break is not charged/ included (Sessions ARE held on Monday holidays).
Installment payments available. Installment payments must be arranged via AutoPay, and installments must be paid consecutively each month until the package price is paid in full. Processing fees apply.
